The journey to healing is one unique to each of us. The way in which we arrive will differ. Those around us, as we undertake those journeys will also evolve. It will be a process of constant transformation and restoration. Colored with fears, laughs, cries, smiles, bitterness, sometimes regret, and, God’s plan: love.
It will be the journey: the Odyssey. And worth every opened wound, mended crack, broken piece, and repaired part.

It is no longer news that the first step to healing begins within YOU. You must heal from the inside and radiate out. As I love to quote and re-quote the great Lauryn Hill’s rap lines, “How you gon’ win if you ain’t right within?” You’ve got to heal you before you can even reach a point where you can not only give love but receive that same full and rich love you are able to give.
One way to reach that point in your healing journey is through the realignment, reawakening, and nourishment of your chakras. Achieved in various ways through stones, herbs, teas, oils… you name it, any form chosen is simply only an aid to attainment. Full attainment is reached once you’ve truly come to the peace you’ve cultivated in however manner you’ve defined it for yourself.
